Like organizing a trip to a non-dubbed English movie at a local cinema or arranging activities such as a dinner or a hike where the predominantly spoken language will be English. Feel free to also use the group to reach out to people for other purposes, like finding someone else interested in improving their language skills in a mixed setting (e.g. those with English as their first language speak German while those with German as their mother tongue speak English).

Note, in case a certain level or English skills is advisable, best state so explicitly. This is unnecessary when visiting an English spoken movie with German subtitles, but is in everybody's interest when organizing a dinner mainly meant for people with pretty good English skills and native speakers.
